About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to take full ownership of shop-floor operations, ensuring our fabrication teams deliver high-quality output on time, every time, while following company procedures and strict health & safety protocols.
In this hands-on role, you will spend around 75% of your time on the shop floor, directly overseeing production activities, supporting supervisors, and driving operational excellence. You will be a key link between production, scheduling, dispatch, and installation, ensuring smooth workflow and removing bottlenecks before they cause disruption.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sign Fitter to join a growing team. You’ll work as part of a 2-person crew, installing a variety of signage, from vinyl applications and boards to car park works. This isn’t high-end retail signage all the time; it’s practical, hands-on work with a steady, reliable pace.
You’ll need to be comfortable working outdoors, occasionally digging holes, and supporting the electrical aspects of signage installation. Work is primarily located along the M62 corridor, with occasional nationwide projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Routing: Operate CNC routers and other equipment to cut and shape materials for signs.

Welding: Assemble and secure metal components to create durable and precise signage structures.

Work with various materials, including metals, plastics, and wood.

Follow detailed design plans to ensure high-quality and accurate outputs.
